Automotive Lighting was founded founded 1999 as a joint venture between Magneti Marelli and Robert Bosch GmbH(K2 lighting division). This offered the opportunity to combine the expertise in lighting technology between two companies with recognized foundations. The creation of Magneti Marelli lighting division was based upon the acquisition of Carello SPA in 1988 and therefore can be traced back to the beginning of the 20th century. During this time period the development of lighting technology progressed with the aptly called "Bosch-Light". After the shares of both founder companies changed, Automotive Lighting today is a full subsidiary of Magneti Marelli Group.

- industrial computer programmer positions for 2 students (PLC 2x) as long as education is corresponding
All will be in assistant role.
They would provide diet and salary - bonus 10000 Kč, this is shorten according to work time.
The condition is very good knowledge of English, in some case Czech or Slovakian.
Content practice will be created later and it wll be targeted using of knowledge practically.

Practical training in Bosch Diesel, s.r.o., Jihlava

	Bosch plant in Jihlava is one of the biggest plants in the whole concern Bosch for production of high pressure pumps. Bosch is in Jihlava since 1993 and its production is focused on high pressure pumps for diesel engines and on components of the injection system common rail. Bosch Jihlava is with its 4 500 employees the biggest employer in Vysočina region. JhP has an area of 505 000 m² and its newest hall in the plant III is the biggest hall in the whole Diesel division.

Bosch Diesel, s.r.o., offers two places for practical training:

Industrial image processing
Development, maintenance and control of the vision systems for industrial image processing, including the hardware and software issues. Systems for traceability of the parts based on camera-readable codes.

Possible topics:

development of a system for traceability of a concrete part produced in Bosch Diesel, s.r.o., based on actual needs.
development of a system for automated visual inspection of a concrete checked parameter on produced parts. In both cases: proposal of a suitable HW design, creating the SW, laboratory testing on dummy parts and integration to the machine.

Requirements:
Basic orientation in optics, electronics and industrial design. Team-work ability. English on a good communicative level.

IT in production
Proposal, creating and implementation of software (information systems, systems for supporting the production…) Cooperation on maintenance of the production IT systems.

Possible topics:

creating of a help-desk information system for supporting the production
development of a user-friendly database system (catalogue) of IT devices used in production
application software for traceability of produced parts
custom applications for real-time monitoring of the production on non-standard lines.

Requirements:
C# or Java, IDE NetBeans or Eclipse, knowledge on server Win OS and Oracle databases. Team-work ability, English on a good communicative level.
